Baba Mukund Das Gaushala is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. Baba Mukund Das Gaushala expects that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations. Baba Mukund Das Gaushala also recognises that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind.

Baba Mukund Das Gaushala will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavour to make the refund. Baba Mukund Das Gaushala may also seek further information / documents and donor must co-operate in this regard.

However, Your donations are completed gifts and are not refundable. Baba Mukund Das Gaushala is not obliged to make refunds and may, in its discretion, decline any requests for refund of donations, particularly if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

Refunds Once we receive your email on for cancellation and refund, we will scrutinize and evaluate the transaction. After approval refund will initiate. Refund amount is calculated by deducting 3% (internet payment charges) from your original payment.
